1) 2 and 1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves (Methi)
Wash and clean Fenugreek Leaves and with water. Dry it and chopped it and keep aside.
Add cumin seeds.
Add finely chopped onion and saute until onion turns transparent.
Add chopped garlic until light golden brown.
Add chopped green chillies and turmeric powder, corinander powder and salt and mix it well.
Add finely chopped and washed fenugreek leaves.
Mix well and cook over medium flame for 3 minutes or until oil starts to separate, stir in between.
Add 2 tbls of water and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame and turn off flame.
Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot.
